What is the 8th Central Pay Commission?

The Eighth Central Pay Commission (8th CPC) has been constituted by the Government of India to examine matters relating to the pay structure and related benefits of Central Government employees and other covered personnel.

Therefore, GintiSetu uses selectable fitment-factor, DA and HRA scenarios only to help users understand possible mathematical outcomes. These scenarios are estimates, not official pay calculations.
